Job Title : Senior IAM Business Systems Analyst
Location : Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site/ 2 Days Remote | EST Tech Hubs:
Duration/Length of Assignment : 12 Month Contract to Hire
Position Overview :
This position supports a key initiative focusing on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Digital Identity & Authentication, and Corporate Policy & Governance. As part of a small yet impactful team, the role plays a central part in establishing and rolling out new procedures that enhance customer experiences across the enterprise. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional partners to implement policies and processes that strengthen digital identity protocols and ensure compliance with governance standards. The role will require the candidate to take ownership of corporate policy creation and governance, working in tandem with digital identity solutions to align procedures with enterprise-wide initiatives. This involves utilizing technical expertise in tools such as Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, as well as proficiency in designing and maintaining workflows. The role demands strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure seamless alignment between various lines of business and a centralized platform.

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- 68 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field
- Expertise in Digital Identity and Authentication
- Demonstrated experience writing and governing corporate policies and procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivots, macros, and charting
- Experience with SharePoint, specifically in designing and maintaining lists, workflows, and surveys
Preferred Skills (Not Required) :
- Familiarity with SAFE/Agile methodologies
- Leadership experience
Day to Day/Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and oversee corporate policies and governance procedures to align with enterprise compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional partners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Support the rollout of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) systems to enhance security and user accessibility.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making through detailed pivot tables, macros, and charts.
- Design and maintain SharePoint lists, workflows, and surveys to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across teams.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication regarding system needs and updates.
- Address challenges in policy creation and governance, employing strategic problem-solving to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Provide recommendations and frameworks to improve corporate policy and governance processes, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to improve system workflows.
