Hacker Rank Test (monitored) Interview Process: 90 minute technical interview (android studio needs to be downloaded)

5-7 development experience
2-3 Android development experience
Fin Tech / Banking experience (nice but not necessary)
Example apps in the stores
5-7 years' experience on native dev
Experience with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and Kotlin
Technical degree or additional experience
Excellent communication skills
As a Mobile Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and building the next generation of our mobile applications. You'll be working on a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing, which has recently expanded its reach to UK and Latin American customers by supporting Spanish-speaking users.
Proven Experience: 5 years of hands-on mobile development experience.
App Store Presence: Experience with publishing applications in mobile app stores.
Android Expertise: 4 years of Android development within an enterprise environment.
Kotlin Mastery: 3 years of experience with Kotlin, Reactive Programming, Constructs, Coroutines, Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit, and Jetpack Architecture components.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and other relevant programming languages.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
