Duties:
- Drives value to customers and team members by creating and sharing related functional and IT technical knowledge to support business strategy and goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Automation Testing on ENAC program deliverables, and communication bridge with all scrum teams in all QA related matters.
- Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining work plans, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue resolution.
- Familiar with Agile Framework (SAFe) process and procedures by the creation and update of user stories, tasks, WIP, and implementation of assigned work efforts.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments and/or leadership to develop and maintain a Testing strategy that supports customer and business needs.
- Good organizational, time management, customer service skills; with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions to provide timely completion and/or resolution to requests and technical support issues.
- Maintain and adhere to security compliance standards; including but not limited to: HIPAA, PII, PCI, SOC, etc..
- Identify, develop, and implement continual process improvement opportunities and adoption of new technology and tools for automation use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Pre PI and PI planning meetings, and any additional meetings to gather Requirements in Data, API and UI layers through JIRA Features.
- Understand dependencies and reconcile the work by engaging with appropriate internal/external teams.
- Create Test Strategy document for Each PI Testing deliverables and share with the Project stakeholders within a week after the PI Planning meeting.
- Identify the risks from testing perspective, collaborate with project stakeholders and come up with mitigation plans for the risks coming up during the delivery of the PI work.
- Collaborate with Scrum Team QEs to manage testing deliverables effectively and efficiently with the goal to ensure maximum coverage within System Testing and No slippage of defects from Integration Testing.
- Strive for increased Automated scripts usage for System testing, Integrated testing, and Regression Testing.
- Plan and create Test Data as per the requirements and map them to the Test Scenarios/Test cases.
- Use Zephyr for Test management/ JIRA for Features tracking and Defects Management and appropriate Confluence page/SharePoint sites for testing artifacts/deliverables.
- Create Test scenarios/Test cases mapping to all the Features/Stories/Defect fixes.
- Facilitate periodic meetings to review progress, discuss risks and execution/defects reporting.
- Review all the Test scenarios/Test cases with Business product owners and incorporate their feedback ahead of the test execution.
- Coordinate with Delivery teams on the code availability and execute the test cases in a timely manner to meet the project delivery timelines.
- Any Defects identified during Test execution are triaged with Delivery/Business teams and work towards their closure in a timely manner, use escalation process as necessary.
- Share the Test execution results and full traceability with business requirements at the time of Testing sign-off.
- Participate in Release checkouts and support the tasks as necessary.
Skills:
- 8 Years’ experience in working on Integrated testing, Automation Tools and/or technical support preferably in the Healthcare Industry
- Must have Coding experience in Java, C , Python or similar Object-Oriented Languages
- Agile (SAFe) with SCRUM Methodology
- Track the Program Epics committed for the delivery and see all features are covered in test planning and execution with all internal/external systems.
- Design and Review automation code deliveries, specifications, and test plans for health services related testing scenarios.
- Understand and support AWS components, APIs and relational Databases validations, including data ingestion pipelines and CI/CD process.
- Implementing automation best practices for product development, deployment Infrastructure and Docker container management
- Analyzing ETL or ELT mapping logic and writing complex SQL queries to recreate logic
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and analytics business requirements.
- Good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure to build Automation solutions
- Experience in creating web pages with backend interactions with Cloud platforms.
- Ability to manage independently, and as part of a team, to achieve deadlines for multiple tasks.
