Pay : $18.00 hr plus commissions
As Membership and Accounting Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department to include entering invoices; handling member disputes; correctly applying member services to accounts; collecting ACH information; and processing member changes. You will also assist the membership department to include conducting tours; onboarding new members; creating and updating member files; promoting member events; assist in resolving member issues; serving as first layer to try and save a member resignation; selling, closing, and collecting initiation fees for new membership sales.
Additionally, you will assist in executing member events, especially membership drives including sign in tables; executing sales and marketing flyers; supporting and assisting the communications team with occasional tasks. You will be expected to perform all other related duties as assigned by management.
Membership :
- Onboard new members, entering them into NorthStar and membership report, sending orientation emails.
- Process payments per accounting's desired process.
- Create new member files.
- Update existing files with member changes.
- Process member changes (resignations, upgrades, downgrades, medical leave, etc.) and enter into membership report.
- Serves as first layer to try to save submitted resignations.
- Sales support / assist with leads (tours, calls, reminders, closes)
- Occasionally assist communication of member events with calls, text platform and email
- Help with lead generation campaign support and execution.
Additional Membership duties :
Assist in executing member events, especially membership drive events including sign in tables, sales & marketing flyers, and P&P info.Execute potential member tours and orientation tours as directed by supervisor.Sell, close, and collect initiation fees for new membership sales.Organize production of membership kits for sales calls and direct mail activitiesCoordinate the completion and receipt of all Membership documents required for the sale of Memberships.Orient new members into the club by introducing them to key staff, members, and scheduling their introductory appointments.Prepare correspondence and handle telephone calls to Members and prospective Members.Effectively respond to member comments in accordance with club standards, policies, and rules; use ideas, feedback, and suggestions to continuously improve upon the services provided to members.Function as a liaison between management and members. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.One year experience in sales, relationship management, customer service, administrative assistant, and / or membership associations.Proficient with computer systems to include Outlook, email, Microsoft Office, social media platforms and familiar with membership software.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask and manage data with a high degree of accuracy.Possess strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.Demonstrated results and detail oriented and capable of working with minimal direction.Excellent team player with ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment.Must possess ability to maintain confidentiality and to handle member and guest information in a confidential manner.Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, employee partners and guests.Benefits :
