Core Duties:
• Collaborate with other Field Operations (FO) Managers and project superintendents
• Conduct bi-weekly productivity and safety reviews
• Analyze project schedules and oversee job costs
• Resolve issues beyond the superintendent level and ensure resource allocation
• Support training programs and oversee internal meetings to maintain consistency
Requirements:
• 5 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, tilt up, or multi story construction
• Ability to travel/temporarily relocate to jobsites outside of office area
• Assist with jobsite supervision as necessary including potential weekends
• Strong technical knowledge in concrete construction, with skills in reading drawings and maintaining relationships
• Preferred qualifications: OSHA, TCA, or ACI certifications; bilingual in English/Spanish
