Regional Vice President of Operations

The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee all operational aspects for multiple mining sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability in aggregate mining activities. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include promoting safety, providing strategic direction, managing daily operations, establishing KPIs, preparing budgets, leading the operations team, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing projects, and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 15 years of experience in operations management in the mining or heavy industry sector
• Proven track record of leading large teams and managing multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety regulations, and environmental compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong financial acumen
