Title: Director of FP&A Consultant
Compensation: $85-$105/hr
Location: Central San Diego
2-3 days a week in office

Must Haves:
- 10 years of FP&A experience in small to mid-sized companies
- Significant experience with 3 statement financial models and scenario analysis
- Extensive experience creating and managing short-term cash forecasts, operating forecasts, broad company budgets, and fundraising scenarios
- Advanced Excel user
Nice to Have:
- Lifesciences
- Dynamics 365 and Datarails
Responsibilities:
- Significant experience with 3 statement financial models and scenario analysis
- Build 2025 Forecast
- Comfortable presentation to and iterating with executive team in high stakes environment
- Extensive experience creating and managing short-term cash forecasts, operating forecasts, broad company budgets, and fundraising scenarios
- Energized by the prospect of generating complex scenario plans on short timeline
- Confident and comfortable analyzing extensive data detail and advising executives
- High intellectual curiosity, ability to exercise independent judgment, and proven experience adapting to emerging direction related to both overall strategy and short-term goals
- Proven ability to effectively plan and prioritize goals, objectives and deliverables, along with proactively identifying and solving problems and issues of all types
- Manage commission and royalty calculation processes
