So, what are we looking for?

We are looking to add a Software Developer to our internal software development team for our corporate office in St. Louis whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Someone who is passionate about technology and can work both on a team and independently. We will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.

These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Software Developer, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

• Work on a software development team to create and maintain internal and external business products
• Perform end-user support on custom applications including Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and Sharepoint
• Manage bug fixes and feature requests and coordinate their implementation with our development team
• Coordinate within a cross-departmental team to solve business problems
• Work directly with customers, developers, and business analysts to meet functional product requirements
• Other tasks as assigned
