- Work on a software development team to create and maintain internal and external business products
- Perform end-user support on custom applications including Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and Sharepoint
- Manage bug fixes and feature requests and coordinate their implementation with our development team
- Coordinate within a cross-departmental team to solve business problems
- Work directly with customers, developers, and business analysts to meet functional product requirements
- Other tasks as assigned

Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred
- Customer service and solid communication skills are a must.
- Organized and self driven
- Experience in C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, D365 (Development, Plugins, Web Resources), GIT, REST APIs, ASP.NET
- Knowledge in the AI Space
- Experience using LLM
- Experience working within Pipelines
- AWS / Azure / Cloud experience
