We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. Duties
- Manage daily operations of multiple locations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Lead and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance customer service and operational effectiveness.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain cleanliness and operational standards across all sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention through effective service management.
- Maintain and improve company standards and KPI's.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of goals and objectives
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the car wash industry.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively and enhance the customer experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing operations across multiple locations.
- Ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and customers alike.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
