Dispatcher

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Must have a clean driving record and full coverage auto insurance
• Have valid identification to work in the US
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Must be proactive and solution oriented with a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter and be task oriented in downtime.
• Strong multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in technology software, desktop electronics, mobile devices (smart phones and iPad)
• Prior dispatching experience is a plus
• Cannabis product knowledge is important for this roll
• Knowledge of Sacramento and surrounding areas helpful
• Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events
• Must be punctual and dependable

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

• Answer and route all incoming calls from patients and customers
• Provide excellent customer service as well as maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude when dealing with customers on the phone
• Provide recommendations and information on cannabis products to help customers find products that meet their wants and needs.
• Input patient registration information into system
• Use database to search for existing patients to initiate and process transactions
• Handle all online and phone orders through text messaging system
• Follow all store procedures, protocols and regulations
• Perform cashier transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
• Cash handling and drawer reconciliation must be impeccable
• Always maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Manage, route, track and assign deliveries to a team of drivers
• Accurately track, report and assign cash bags and tips for drivers
• Pay attention to details and accurately prepare each order
• Notify your supervisor immediately of any out of ordinary situations with customers
• Follow policies, procedures, industry regulations and safety precautions when on-the-job interactions, tasks and outstanding behaviors
• Other minor duties, include and are not limited to cleaning common areas, taking out trash, breaking down boxes, and other busy work that comes up as assigned by a supervisor.
• Able to transition to delivery driver and deliver cannabis to customers at times.
