Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
Intellectual Property law firm located in North Dallas is seeking a general IP paralegal in support of IP counsel with at least five years’ patent prosecution experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with the filing and prosecution of U. S. patent applications, auditing and managing portfolios to ensure patent applications are in compliance through the patent prosecution process, assisting internally in reviewing and analyzing documents, conducting research, monitoring deadlines, drafting responses to office actions, and providing general administrative support to attorneys.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; team player
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe)
- Strong technical skills required; formal technical training is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years; extensive IP paralegal experience.
