**What You'll Do:** * Assist with business and operations development and strategic planning processes of new site locations for autonomous vehicles including Class 8 Trucks and trucking centers.
* Develop and periodically revise a multi-year/monthly/weekly/daily work plan for the expansion of business operations and fleet facilities within the projects limits to specifications.
* Utilize Agile or related project management tools to manage data, statistics, timelines, deadlines, meetings, tasks, etc., in an efficient manner.
* Align project details in project management systems regarding location overhead, building and grounds costs, position titles and costs, and expenditures for accurate expansion and operations budget. The PM manages the overall project against the predetermined budget and guidelines provided by the Director. Seek guidance from the Director regarding any deficiencies, inaccurate and unbalanced data, and differentiated products.
* Track risks and facilitate impediment resolution for Fleet Operations in a timely, cost-effective manner.
* Act as a conduit for Fleet Operations to other teams and lines of business stakeholders.
* Track and produce reports for key metrics associated with key initiatives (e. g., burn-down, burn-up charts, and cumulative flow diagram).
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study or equivalent experience, knowledge and skills.
* Certification in Agile, PMP, or other project management certification desired with ability to obtain within 6 months
* 6 years of experience preferred in project management systems utilizing PM tools to manage business development and expansion plans, timelines, data and statistics, costs, personnel plans, and location options.
* Fleet management experience preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build trust and strong working relationships, effectively create and proofread documents and reports, and communicate to a diverse workforce.
* Keen attention to detail to identify problems and processes that do not comply with protocol.
* Critical/logical thinking to identify problems and provide solutions to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
* Strong business insight and judgment, team orientation and collaborative style.
* Strong time management and organizational skills to plan, develop, coordinate resources, prioritize effectively, and maintain competing demands simultaneously with frequent interruptions and in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to ethically handle sensitive and confidential information with impartiality and professionalism.
