Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan, United States (REMOTE)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain the identity and access management platform.
- Design and plan secure authentication and authorization processes for users across various applications and services.
- Integrate and configure identity providers (IdPs) and service providers (SPs), including SAML integrations and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Automate user provisioning and lifecycle management with role-based access control (RBAC).
- Ensure security compliance, enforce MFA, and monitor access for potential threats.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for authentication, SSO, and access-related issues.
- Stay updated on identity and access management trends and best practices.
Required Skills:
- 5-6 years of experience in SoS engineering development, diagnostic, and troubleshooting.
- 3-4 years of experience in implementing regulatory and security policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across the enterprise.
- Experience with OKTA is highly preferred.
