Right now, we’re looking for a Branch Manager to help lead one of the most dynamic segments of our business. Together, we’ll ensure the branch not only meets but exceeds its goals in service, safety, and profitability.

Your Mission

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of branch operations, focusing on:

• Team Leadership:
• Inspire and manage your team, leading by example with professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff to create a cohesive, skilled, and motivated team.
• Recognize accomplishments, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts with finesse.
• Operational Excellence:
• Ensure the branch runs smoothly, from staffing to inventory management to warehouse workflow.
• Drive safety as a top priority, keeping policies and training up to date.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse that reflects our standards of excellence.
• Business Growth:
• Work to achieve and exceed sales goals while monitoring and maximizing profitability.
• Use tools like Phocas and Epicor P21 to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with business development to enhance local sales efforts and expand customer relationships.
• Strategic Collaboration:
• Maintain an open line of communication with corporate leadership in Atlanta, GA.
• Partner with purchasing and pricing teams to ensure accurate forecasting and competitive margins.
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in industrial distribution or mechanical/industrial pipe insulation.
• 3 years in a management or supervisory role, with P&L responsibility.
• Skills & Qualities:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Epicor P21 and Phocas is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
