About this role:
Internships at ConnectOne Bank provide a paid working experience to college students in a variety of departments within the organization. Each summer the internship experience is unique. Interns work within individual departments but are also asked to work on projects as a group. This internship provides an overview of careers in the banking field.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data, and attend meetings where you will learn about various aspects of the banking industry.

Our Treasury Management internship will be held in our Union, NJ location.

- Interns participated in "Departmental Overview and Interview” sessions including a variety of business and development topics.
- Interns participated in community service by working with CNOB partnered Not-for-Profit organizations.
- Source New to Bank Business through various networking resources
- Work with lending areas to gain knowledge ensure client opportunities needs are being met
- Collaborate with internal team members, retail and bankers, to access clients needs to determine best client experience and track results
- Create proformas and proposals for prospective clients
- Various other projects as they arise
