What are the responsibilities and job description for the Arbor Account Manager position at Conserve LandCare LLC?
The Tree Care Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of tree sales and operations.
Manages accounts through the efficient use of labor, materials, processes and proper staff supervision to produce desired profit margins and optimal customer satisfaction.
Establishes scope of work, estimates, proposals and scheduling of multiple tree care jobs.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with clients.
Follows all Company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
Performs related work as required.
Work Environment : Work is predominantly outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels.
Exposure to dust, pesticides, fertilizers, grease, oils, dust, fumes and electrical currents will occur.
Standing for long periods, walking for long distances, or crouching, is commonplace, including on narrow, uneven and / or slippery surfaces.
The job requires stooping, lifting, carrying or otherwise transporting up to 50 pounds.
Driving to and from worksites may be required.
Frequent and repetitive use of hand and powered tools is required.
Use of computers, phones and other technologies will be necessary.
