The Residential Mortgage Servicing Collections Manager role is responsible for management of all aspects of Early-Stage and Late-Stage Residential Mortgage Collections for FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA.
The right Residential Mortgage Servicing candidate will be able to effectively manage call campaigns including call requirements and call flows. They will work closely with the Residential Mortgage Loss Mitigation department and must have a clear understanding of Mortgage Servicing delinquency waterfalls, loss mitigation resolution, and loss mitigation SPOC roles.

- 7 years of experience in Residential Mortgage Collections across both early-stage and late-stage Mortgage collections
- Experience servicing FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA Mortgage portfolios
- Sagent LoanServ Mortgage Servicing system experience preferred
- 5 years of experience with call campaign management, call requirements, and call flow
- Understanding of Residential Mortgage delinquency waterfalls and loss mitigation resolutions, and SPOC roles
- 5 years of previous leadership experience in a residential mortgage servicing call center or default operations
