Requirements
Graduate of an accredited RN program. The employee has the required licensure, education,
training, and qualifications required by rule, regulation, law and/or statute to qualify for the role in
their state. Previous home care/hospice preferred. Must possess basic computer skills, excellent
documentation, and customer services skills. Knowledgeable regarding end-of-life care and
death and dying process.
