What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Construction Worldwide?
The Project Manager:
- is responsible for the efficient administration of one or more construction projects,
- is accountable for project costs, profitability, and client relationships,
- collaborates with the Superintendent to achieve project goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4-year engineering or business degree or equivalent-related experience, plus experience/knowledge of construction, design, management, and finance.
- 4 years experience as a Project Manager on specialized or complex projects.
- Competency of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures, and cost control techniques.
- Refined business judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
Candidates with a strong knowledge of the local construction market or local area-based candidates strongly preferred.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION
- $125,000 - $178,000 Annually
- Eligible for a end-of-year discretionary bonus based on individual and Company performance.
