Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Full Stack Java Developer, who will be responsible for writing programs to maintain and control computer systems software for operating systems, networked systems, and database systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 4 – 6 years of experience
- Experience with Java - Java 8/Java 17m IDE - IntelliJ & Eclipse, REST APIs, and Micro App Architecture
- Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB), JPA, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and
- Angular 8 plus versions
- Experience with Oracle - DDL, DML, & SQL Developer
- Understanding tools like Checkmarks, Dyantrace, etc. is a plus
- Understanding of best practices for secure coding (OWASP) is a plus
- Experience with Bootstrap 3.0, Angular forms, Micro frontend apps, HTML 5, CSS 3.0, and JavaScript is a plus
- Understanding of Kubernetes & Docker & Open Shift Containerization concepts is a plus
- Familiar with Jenkins, uDeploy, CI/CD concepts, Gradle, etc. is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Help support defects and UI enhancements and create shared controls
- Help with code reviews, mainly focusing on development that has been assigned out, sprint-to-sprint
- Organize and lead multi-functional teams during customer service disruptions, configuration management, new feature deployment and new product implementations
- Perform code upgrades without supervision.
- Be responsible for, and master multiple subject matter areas of responsibilities.
- Identify and document best practices within their subject matter areas of expertise
- Provide continuous process improvement suggestions
- Maintain and document Standard Operating Procedures
