Experience
- Previous experience in drawing blood, medical documentation, and diagnostic evaluation
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
- Experience managing nursing staff and coordinating patient care
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and best practices in nursing management
