- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to billing and financial matters.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with guests and team members, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in training staff on best practices for financial reporting and guest services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
Experience
- Previous experience in auditing or finance within the hospitality sector is preferred.
