Become part of the Converse Team

Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At Converse, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving world to make things better as a team.

If You Get People, You’re Our People

Sure, there’s a whole science behind marketing. But behind that is real people. With needs and wants and quirks and dreams. And we need someone who gets people, who knows how to find our people. The creators, thinkers, and rebels who find themselves at home putting on some Converse. You’re the one that shows them we’re the same. You’re the connector.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

The Global Digital Content & Design Team at Converse creates strategic and distinctive digital experiences to inspire our audience. We’re powered by the people and style of our communities. We’re energized by our purpose. And we’re constantly elevating the stories behind our products.

Together, we strive to produce and distribute content that exemplifies our Brand Mission, Values, and Purpose (aka, our MVP). We develop content and storytelling that supports both the wholesale business and digital direct commerce ecosystem from our partner sites to our very own Converse.com, email campaigns, paid social, and activations. Specifically, your role will be focused on Creative Operations & Production for the Digital Content function.

  • You are an expert in creative production, including stills, motion, and video
  • You are a resourceful self-starter with a team-first, collaborative mentality
  • You always place a priority on team success over individual accolades
  • You are empathetic and find ways to connect with team members to build and maintain trust
  • You are allergic to inefficiency and believe that time is the most valuable of all resources
  • You maintain objectivity to ensure everything is product-focused and customer-centric
  • You have excellent communication skills and emphasize being succinct and kind
  • You have no problem multitasking while working under pressure both digitally and on-set
  • You act like an owner and partner for the brand whether you’re on the clock or not
  • You can speak the languages of pre-production, production, and post fluently
  • You have experience running studio spaces and a high volume of product samples
  • You excel in solving problems in real time and documenting those solutions for posterity
  • You think logically and realistically when troubleshooting a problem, always aspiring for clarity
  • You show excellent judgment by knowing when to move and when to pause for consultation
  • You are radically candid in acknowledging your mistakes and sharing feedback
  • You love to learn new skills, master new technology, and drive process optimization
  • You always maintain a positive demeanor and give collaborators the benefit of the doubt
  • You understand how to connect tactics, strategies, and objectives
  • You know the Converse audience because you are the audience

  • Set up and be responsible for the weekly content deck and its distribution to cross-functional teams
  • Build and own Asana project management boards for digital content productions every season
  • Ensure Asana boards are updated accurately and timely while communicating changes
  • Own our Asana board template library and identify ways to improve templates each season
  • Set up the digital infrastructure for hind-sighting every production and attend each hindsight
  • Maintain the latest information and process documentation within our knowledge base
  • Partner with Senior Operations Manager to request and implement vendor contracts
  • Partner with Senior Operations Manager to request and complete vendor payments
  • Partner with Senior Operations Manager to procure new vendor relationships
