Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to a patient in a home setting. Duties
- Assist patient with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients to enhance their quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to family/stag.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patient, and family.
- Knowledge and experience of geriatric care principles and practices is preferred.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings is a plus.
- Basic understanding of emergency medicine protocols is beneficial.
- Must be on time and reliable.
