Job Title

Benefits and Wellness Intern

As the Benefits and Wellness Intern, you will provide support in the administration and communication of employee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and other HR-related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision: 

• Provide administrative support for a global total wellness program including physical, financial, mental and emotional well-being.
• Perform research and analysis on current demographics and health conditions as reported by carriers to align wellness strategy to identified areas of need.
• Prepare presentation materials on employee wellness program and compiles data as requested.
• Build out annual communications calendar with all back up support.
• Provide ideas on how to enhance wellness programs and communications.
• May lead a small short-term project.

Requirements: 

Education:

• Current Bachelors or Masters Degree Student in Health Care, Behavioral Sciences or Communications.

Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to self-direct, ask questions and work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Good work ethic, prompt and diligent.
• Prior work experience preferred.

Target Hiring Range

Hourly: USD 20.32 - USD 22.57
