Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator:

7 years experience as a project manager and experience in construction is required. Candidates should be reliable, have a high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability and possess a high school diploma or GED. However, an Engineering, Construction Management or Business degree is preferred. Proficiency in AGTEK for take-off and HCSS for estimating preferred.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Take-off plan quantities.

– Request subcontractor and vender pricing.

– Assemble complete and accurate project estimates.

– Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders.

– Manage projects from start to completion including, subcontractor and vendor purchasing, invoicing, cost tracking and profitability.
