Coho Technology Solutions is looking for a Project Management (PM) / Configuration Manager (CM to join our Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV AF) team. The PM/CM will be responsible for planning and analysis of Change Requests, Discrepancy Reports, Technical Change Requests, COTS upgrades, and overall program management support.

Responsibilities:
- Support the CAV AF Functional Review Board (FRB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing change requests and discrepancy reports.
- Manage and track technical change requests and COTS upgrades to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
- Develop and maintain project deliverables, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), management plans, and program documentation.
- Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track project milestones and dependencies.
- Support Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) development and management to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports and weekly status updates to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate and document program management reviews, ensuring accurate tracking of decisions, risks, and action items.
- Conduct configuration management activities to control and document system changes effectively.
- Provide requirements management support, ensuring alignment with program goals and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate and participate in weekly status meetings to assess project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks and recommending mitigation strategies
- Clearance:
- Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one if required).
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Required Skills/ Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of change management, configuration management, and requirements management principles.
- Experience working with government contracts and familiarity with CDRLs and IMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Desired Skills/ Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, is a plus.
- Experience supporting FRB/CCB processes within government or defense contracting environments.
- Familiarity with DoD or federal government contracting processes and regulations.
