The General Manager position is responsible for the gym's overall operation, culture and success. The General Manager will constantly need to CONTINUE growing the overall business and ensuring the absolute best experience for current clientele. Core Progression takes pride in our unmatched customer service and culture, and it is expected that the GM would have the personality and passion to embody that. This position requires approximately 60 hours worked each week to start, before being able to implement systems, and enable staff wherein the GM can manage the facility at a 40 hour rate. The General Manager must adjust his/her schedule accordingly based on gym demands and and performance. For example, there will be more time spent training, developing culture, building sales acumen, business operations, etc., on the front end before ownership is comfortable with the GM working fewer hours. The General Manager is responsible for every aspect in the gym's overall success.

• Manage client acquisition, retention, and revenue on a daily basis.
• Establish and maintenance of community relationships. Ensuring that we are maintaining and growing our reputation within RiNo Denver and surrounding area.
• Ensuring overwhelming satisfaction with both clients and trainers.
• Responsible to keep the gym impeccably clean on a daily basis.
• Manage financial budgets with planning (with the help of ownership), forecasting, and revenue generation from all aspects of the gym.
• Profit and Loss Statement review and evaluation performed monthly.
