CORG Management Group is Hiring a Facilities/Construction Project Manager Near Atlanta, GA
CORG Management Group is seeking a Facilities/Construction Project Manager for the Atlanta Metro Area. This position will assist with the direction, coordination, implementation and completion of projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and implementation of assigned projects
Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Collect and manage project team
Manage budget
Allocate project resources
Create a schedule and project timeline
Track deliverables
Support and direct team
Lead quality assurance
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess the result of the project
May assist with contract negotiations
QualificationsMUST have commercial construction or facilities maintenance experience
Preferred Background With Mechanicals (electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving and leadership skills
Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
Project management qualification (PMP) desired or equivalent experience as a project manager
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Proficiency in project management software tools
Conflict resolution experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000-$80,000
