Summary
We are seeking a part-time Temp Admin/PC to join our team at the Counseling & Psychotherapy Center. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting our staff in delivering exceptional mental health services. Monday, Wednesday, Friday (days could be flexible) 5 month temporary position.
Responsibilities
· Electronic filing
· Organization/Admin assistance to West Coast team
· Data Entry
· Preparing Invoices
· Cross checking billing/pay (reconciliation)
· Other duties as needed to cover for PC’s leave
· Make include some travel throughout region if issues arise, mileage/time covered.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Strong system administration skills with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with operating systems; experience with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Criminal justice student, perhaps in the process of attaining a Masters Degree
