What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Country Club Cleaners?
Our candidate will start with learning our customer service/software/day to day business operations. This includes assisting & greeting customers, answering phones/texts/emails, inventorying of clothes, racking clothes. Communicating with our drivers with any route/customer issues while they are picking up/delivering clothes. Ability to resolve customer problems and provide resolution. Work as a good team member. Occasional csr help/fill in at a 2nd location at 500 Bollinger Canyon Way ste a4, San Ramon, Ca. Must be able to reliably commute to our locations. (this is not a job to relocate for)
Computer skills -basic. Communication skills written and verbal.
Customer Service Skills very helpful. Punctual & Reliable.
English speaking, spanish *very helpful.
