Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures according to hotel policies.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
