Energy Operations Driver

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
This position is responsible for handling all aspects of energy operations, including but not limited to product delivery, warehouse management, setting equipment and customer service, deliver bulk oil, adn backup tankwagon driver.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following and others may be assigned)
Responsible for managing inventory, ordering and delivery of lubricant products.
Installation of new fuel, DEF, and lubricant bulk equipment.
Assisting in tank wagon deliveries as needed for refined fuel and propane.
Complete energy maintenance responsibilities
Ability to manage customer related issues.
Administers and controls credit within the associations established credit policy.
Maintains a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Cooperative and a favorable image of the Cooperative.
Responsible for maintaining clean facilities and complying with all state and federal regulations pertaining to a safe workplace, housekeeping, and all activities that require regulation compliance.
Provides excellent customer service by managing difficult or emotional situations; respond promptly to customer needs, resolve questions, complaints, and concerns immediately and meet commitments.
Effectively communicates by verbal and written means with customers, employees, and management.
Maintains and promotes safety awareness; follows safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Presents a clean and professional appearance.
Employees are required to perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
On-the-job training with existing operations director.
Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems.
Technical skills to use tools and equipment to analyze a system or component.
Effective communication skills to ensure a good customer experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A with tanker, airbrakes, and hazmat endorsements). with company approved driving record. Obtain CETP certification, line-test training.
