- Utilize Biblical principles or other educational frameworks as applicable.

Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare or preschool education is preferred.

- Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to engage children in meaningful activities that promote math skills and other foundational concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A compassionate approach towards child welfare, ensuring each child's needs are met with care and attention.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.
