In this role the Administrative Assistant / Care Attendant Non Certified will :
- Regular updating assistance for resident electronic medical records.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies, distribution, and keeoing a list of supplies to be ordered.
- Answer telephones, field calls, and provides assistance as appropriate.
- Provide technical training and support on various software applications.
- Support scheduling of care attendants.
- Complete supervisory visits for care attendants and maintain relaionships with clients.
- Give assistance to residents in areas of activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with daily activities.
- Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping and maintains residents' room in a clean and orderly manner.
The ideal candidate will have :
Compensation Pay Range :
19.00 - $20.00
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to : job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
