Responsibilities
Our Firefighters provide all hazards emergency services to our citizens. We are a combination agency with approximately 45 career firefighters and about 40 volunteers. We transport to the local hospital, and we work closely with the other fire districts and departments in our county.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- NREMT or WA EMT certification or
- NREMT-P or WA Paramedic certificate with ACLS, PALS and PHTLS certificates
- Be IFSAC FFI certified or equivalent
- Have a current CPAT cardSalary and Benefits
$21.97 per hour, five 24-hour shifts per month
- WA State Public Employee Retirement System
- Annual COLA increases
