Responsibilities:
– Accurately and efficiently enter data into various computer systems and databases
– Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing it with source documents
– Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as needed
– Organize, sort, and file documents after data entry
– Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information
– Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance as needed
Desired Background/Skills:
– Demonstrated experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position
– Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
– Proficient in data entry and data management
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
– High accuracy and efficiency in typing
– Familiarity with administrative systems and databases
– Prior experience handling phone calls and customer inquiries
Other Information:
Please note, this is an on-site position. The Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service role requires you to work at an office location.
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Pay Rate: $17-20
