Compensation- Commission on attorney fees generated. Draw against commissions is available to start. Attorneys typically earn between $200,000-$300,000 annually on average with the potential to earn more. Medical, dental, and life insurance premiums and attorney long-term disability are paid at 100% for employees, 401k match, and other insurance benefits available.
Responsibilities
- Great at communicating and keeping in close contact with clients throughout the course of their case
- Manage a team and your assigned cases
- Collaborate with team, including other assistants and attorneys to ensure top-notch client representation
- Negotiate settlements
- Well-versed in Utah law, torts, SOLs
- Draft, review, and modify legal documents
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant evidence
Qualifications
- Utah Bar License (required)
- Idaho and/or Washington Bar License (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
