PERSONAL LINES UNIT ASSISTANT - PART-TIME

Position snapshot:
As a Personal Lines Assistant, you'll work closely with the Account Manager, supporting them with everything from generating quotes and renewal proposals to handling billing inquiries and phone calls. You'll also help train others and provide backup when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Must have experience in the insurance industry, particularly in personal lines coverages, underwriting and rating
- An active Missouri/Illinois Property & Casualty Producers license in good standing is required
- Experience with Applied EPIC preferred

What you’ll be doing: (Job Duties/Essential Functions)
- Provide personal lines assistance to the Account Manager
- Input data on different carrier websites to acquire a quote
- Check billing inquiries through carrier websites
- Generate renewal proposals as instructed by the Account Manager
- Assist in training the Administrative Assistant on quoting, billing and filing claims through various carrier websites
- Provide support to the Account Manager when needed
- Manage phone call overflow and record necessary messages
