Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved, offering clear and effective communication throughout the process. Problem Solving: Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the closing process, ensuring resolutions are swift and satisfactory. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all closings are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and precision.
