The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with leadership skills to oversee projects, ensure team performance, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, power lines, and transformers. Supervise and guide on-site teams to ensure project execution aligns with company standards. Ensure strict adherence to electrical codes, OSHA, and high-voltage safety regulations. Perform technical evaluations, inspections, and diagnostics for electrical systems. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and compliance records. Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications: Master Electrician License (required). Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical systems. In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA). Proven ability to manage teams and lead field operations effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel across Florida (mileage reimbursed).
