As our Vice President, Human Resources, you will assume overall responsibility for HR related matters at local and regional level, acting as a trusted point of contact for management and employees. You will provide support across the entire employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, acquisition, onboarding, performance management, development, wellbeing, retention, and offboarding. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the US HR team to enhance employee relations and engagement, develop localized people policies, processes, and compliance frameworks, assist with M&A integrations, and drive talent management initiatives, including high-potential development programs.
Key responsibilities will include
- Reporting to the GM and working in close partnership with the Executive Leadership Team providing guidance on annual planning, remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and bonus cycles acting as a trusted advisor, supporting managers in coaching on local and regional employee relations, performance management and goal setting
- Overseeing recruitment processes in the US, including initiating creating vacancy requests to ensuring interviewing capability, providing compensation advice and timely negotiation of offers
- Supporting Finance with payroll processes and EOY submissions and annualization across the region
- Being instrumental in the continious review, alignment and improvement of employment agreements, terms, conditions, policies, processes and benefits
- Leading, mentoring and coaching the HR team, by setting objectives to meet performance targets, and establishing clear career progression pathways
Your Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related commercial experience
- 7 years of solid hands-on experience in the general HR areas of recruitment, HR management and development and managing a HR team (IT/Software & Services industry or BPO is preferable)
- Expert knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the US
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain frameworks and processes to optimize the HR role and tasks
