Position : AP Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Process invoices and expense reports efficiently and accurately
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an AP Specialist or in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
