- Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Oversee audit planning, execution, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and strategic insights.
- Supervise, mentor, and train audit staff, fostering a culture of professional development.
- Identify and resolve audit issues efficiently while maintaining the highest quality of work.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
