We are seeking a warehouse associate to join our team!
As one of our warehouse associates, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

What You'll Do:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and record all incoming shipments and received items
- Operate pallet jacks and/or hand trucks to unload and reorganize inventory
- Document all inventory movements, transactions, and shipments within the computerized inventory system RMH (retail management hero)
- Fulfill daily orders accurately and efficiently
- Conduct frequent inventory counts to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement new initiatives to further optimize warehouse operations
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards are being upheld at all times
- Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
- Maintain proper organization of all inventories and a clean working environment
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Prior plumbing experience with a solid knowledge of plumbing parts
- A passion for warehouse operations!
- Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
- A thorough understanding of warehouse operations with proficiency in inventory management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
- Eagerness to learn and apply new warehouse techniques and technologies
- Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
- Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability on the job
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Availability to work all day Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
- Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including from heights and within tight spaces
- At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
- Capability to pass background check and drug screening
