Want to get hired and make $23 per hour? If you have a guard card, you can start this week. We offer a set schedule of 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts, giving you consistent three-day "weekends."

HQ Location: San Jose, CA (You will need to report to this location).

Are you interested in a career or job within the security industry? Do you have the passion to ensure the security of multiple companies and locations within the community? If so, we need you! You will be part of a community responsible for securing facilities and preventing vandalism and theft. As part of this position, you will be assigned to patrol a designated district during your shift. The shifts are 10 hours, and the districts are comprised of several company buildings, and construction sites to name a few site categories.

We currently have multiple schedules available: 6pm to 4am. 7pm to 5am. 8pm to 6am and 9pm to 7am options available.

What You’ll Do:

• Driving a company vehicle to and from sites we secure
• A combination of foot and mobile patrol of each location
• Conducting reports via laptop for each patrol
• Utilizing TrackTik / NFC scans throughout each site
• Working with Excel sheets and our database for the security information of these sites
• Taking calls from Dispatch to respond to alarms and client requests
• Ensuring that the alarm systems at our clients’ facilities are functioning properly
• Communicating with your team via phone and email throughout your shift

Requirements

 What You’ll Need:

• CA Guard Card
• Valid California Driver’s License with a Clean DMV record

Qualifications:

• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience driving for long periods of time
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and good team player
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
