**Position: Technology Consultant**

**Location:** Northern NY

**Job Description:**

As a Technology Consultant at CREG Systems, you will be at the forefront of integrating technology into local businesses to boost operational efficiency and enhance security. Your role will encompass understanding our clients' businesses in depth, identifying their technological needs, and designing bespoke solutions to meet those needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Analyze and understand client businesses to design and propose technology solutions.

2. Sell a range of technology solutions including Telephone Systems, managed IT, network security, and other related services.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and senior-level management.

4. Continually stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the technology space.

5. Provide exemplary customer service ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.

**Qualifications:**

- A deep understanding or a keen interest to learn about technology.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level management and business owners.

- Proven track record in a sales or consultancy role, preferably in the technology sector (not mandatory but a plus).

- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
