We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operational processes. You will be responsible for managing outbound calls, assisting customers, and supporting sales initiatives while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Job Description: The Operations Department has an immediate entry level non-exempt opening for a full-time position. This individual would be responsible for a variety of duties including Cre$tConnect support calls, debit card support calls, as well as problem solving with branches and customers. Other duties include troubleshooting business remote deposit capture and cash management products. Review daily mobile and ATM deposits and check fraud systems. Strong accounting and excel skills are a plus for the reconciling of various bank/general ledger accounts and preparing management reports.
Qualifications: Knowledge of all our products, including Cre$tConnect, Mobile Banking, Transfer Now, Zelle and Bill Payment, knowledge is needed for customer support calls. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word is required.
Strong math/accounting aptitudes along with proficient computer skills are a must. Additionally, 2-3 years’ banking experience a plus. Great customer service skills.
