Job Title: Campus & Facilities Supervisor
Reports to: Executive Pastor
Part-time Approx 15 hrs Week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Invest in Crestview Baptist Church and support ministerial staff in our effort to join God in “Helping People Experience Life Change through Jesus Christ" through smooth operation of our campus and facilities.
Other Skills & Requirements:
Experience and skill in a wide range of mechanical, construction, and building maintenance is an important prerequisite for this position.
● Weekly inspection of facilities to determine issues and needs for prioritization and creation of work orders.
● Assist in developing routine maintenance programs to maintain proper functions of facilities and equipment used on site.
● Provide oversight and review of work done by campus maintenance and vendors that perform work on campus.
● Help develop and/or assist with the development of long-term capital expenditure plans for our campus and facilities.
● Communication with vendors and staff in support of the short and long term condition and safe running of the facilities.
● Ordering of supplies needed to facilitate safe and efficient use of our campus and facilities.
● Good comfort level in dealing with computers and computer programs.
Other Skills and Requirements:
· Facilities Management Background or Certification is not required but helpful.
· Project and Quality Management skills a plus
· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
· Must be able to lift and carry up to. 40 lbs.
