Job Description
As an Intelligence Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating planning, organizing, integrating, and completing technical projects within the military intelligence functional area in support of the mission!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Researching and understanding regulatory and procedural requirements pertaining to program requirements and making recommendations as required.
- Scheduling training and maintaining records related to Intelligence Force Management programs.
- Assisting and coordinating planning, organizing, integrating, and completing technical assists.
- Coordinating conferences and various meetings/engagements for the program by performing the following: preparing agendas, developing a list of participants, notifying attendees, recording the minutes, preparing summaries, and making distributions to participants.
- Receiving and reviewing program packets for submission and tracking program application packets through application process to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills
Must Have:
- MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
- Eight years’ intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience.
- Minimum of two years’ Intelligence Force Management or Targeting Officer experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and or independently with little or no supervision.
- Proficient in utilizing intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Force Management training / certification.
Nice to Have:
- Former military experience.
- Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations.
